 Great Lakes Grounds L.L.C. is a Michigan licensed and insured company. 

Overgrown Lawns: Prices quoted assume the lawn is not overgrown. The first mow for long grass or yard debris may incur a higher surcharge or double cut fees.

Liability & Property Damages Hidden Objects/Debris: We are not responsible for damage to items left in the service area (e.g., hoses, toys, pet waste, gardening tools, irrigation heads, or landscaping lights).

Underground Utilities: It is the customer's responsibility to identify and mark all shallow wires, pipes, or underground dog fencing.  

Client Responsibility & Access & Gates: All gated areas must be unlocked and accessible on the scheduled service day. If gates are locked, that area may not be serviced.

Pet Waste: Please ensure that all pet waste is removed prior to our arrival. Excessive waste may lead to service delays, or refusal of service.  

Service Scope & Pricing Estimate Validity: Estimates are valid for 14 days and is subject to change based on the initial condition of the lawn and/or landscape (e.g., excessive overgrowth).

Gate Widths: Prices assume clear, unobstructed access at least 6 feet wide. Areas with restricted access may cost more.  

Weather & Scheduling Weather Delays: Scheduled days are approximate. In the event of rain or inclement weather, service will be pushed to the next available dry day.

Wet Grass: Service completed after rain may result in clumping or less-than-perfect quality due to conditions. 

Rates: You will be provided a rate prior to service. Rates are calculated per lawn size or by man-hourly rate, plus any materials needed for the project. You may be charged a debris removal fee.

Photography Use: Great Lakes Grounds L.L.C. may take photographs of the property's lawn and landscaping at various stages of work for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and print advertisements, Great Lakes Grounds L.L.C. agrees not to disclose identifying details such as the full street address, contact information, or the client's name without prior written consent. Photos are intellectual property of Great Lakes Grounds L.L.C.

Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services and you will receive an invoice via email, text, or mail. Great Lakes Grounds accepts credit, debit, ACH, check and cash payments. Online payments and balances can be made at www.pay.greatlakesgrounds.com. Payments made by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge fee. 

Cancellation: To cancel a scheduled service, kindly give us a 24 hour notice via phone, email, or text message.
